As a general rule you can check-in from 14:00 to 23:00 on the day of arrival and must check-out from 09:00 to 11:00 on the day of departure. Please let us know about the exact time of arrival.
The cancellation and prepayment policy of our accommodation depends on room type. You can be informed on these matters during your reservation.
Children that are two years old or older are only allowed to stay with us. There are not any available cribs or extra beds in Domus Lux Houses.
Smoking is not allowed in Domus Lux Houses. Moreover, you cannot organize parties or events in our houses. Finally, you are kindly requested not to bring your pets with you.
